Macandales has proudly served Northern Vancouver Island since 1978. We specialize in the sales and service of logging, marine, small engines, home and garden, and off-road recreation equipment and supplies. We also have a large, ever expanding selection of workwear, safety gear, and casual clothing. We are Port Hardy’s authorized sales and service centre for Stihl, Husqvarna, Honda, Yamaha Marine, and BE Power Pressure Washer products, and also carry products from many other brands such as Carhartt, Helly Hansen, Viking, Viberg, Lil Workers, Pioneer, Canswe, Big K, Sevaen, Stanfield’s, and Mustang.

Our products are all competitively priced, and our equipment prices are always at or below the supplier’s MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price). We have several in-store sales as well as regular manufacturer-directed sales throughout the year.

After 44 years of being in business, the owner has decided to put Macandales up for sale. This profitable business has been a Northern Vancouver Island staple since 1978, and we are looking for an eager new business owner (or new owners) to continue on with our successes.

We specialize in the sales and service of logging, marine, home and garden, and off-road recreation equipment and supplies, as well as a large selection of Workwear, Safety gear, and Casual clothing. Our large multi-bay building with an attached 2 bedroom apartment is also available for purchase
